I'm so sad today ;_;. My myopic/myopia is increasing. 4 years ago when I was a university student, my myopic is -1.5 and -2.75 diopters. Today I got -3.00 and -4.25 diopters! :crying:.

It's kinda surprising, people said when we stop to grow/adult age/20+, the myopic won't get worse or stop as the growth hormone stop. At least it won't increasing so fast. When I was teenage, my myopic is not increasing so fast like this, even though I read a lot. It was stopping at -1.5 and -2.75 diopters for quite long time, till the third year in university (while I was not read as much as my high school time).

I know, I spent a lot of time in front computer screen, especially when I start this career since 2 years ago (illustrator and graphic designer). Honesty, I felt my vision more blurry among last year. However, some of my friends, computer programmer and illustrator too, spent more time facing the monitor more than me, yet their eyes are all right/normal. Well maybe it is on the genes, but I'd like to know how to stop it.
I hope this is the last myopic-diopters'-increase I got.

Sorry for the messy-language, I rather confused to describe it.
Anyway, how about you? Are working as a visual artist really affect your eye's health?

Settle down :)

Yeah, nagging is really help to reduce stress, in Indonesian language, nag is translated as.. "ngomel-ngomel", "curhat", "ngocret".

My eyes are painful lately, too much staring at monitor. Well I still work in CRT monitor 'coz ppl said that, CRT monitor is much more print-match than the LCD one, so just stare at the CRT!
Working yeaah! Lately, I seems like out of control of myself, about time schedule, working speed, tasks schedule, ooh yeaah! all is real total MESS UP!!! WHAT AM I DOING! HEEEY!!!! huakakakakakakakakakakakaka , yesterday lack of sleep, today not sleep, tomorrow still should not sleep! I hope I can handle it oh baby baby baby baby~~~~ gimme gimme more gimme gimme more~~~.

Well talking about career, one thing I learn, don't decide anything when you're tired/fatigue/exhausted. Yeahahahahahahahahaha . Yeah it's hard to calm down when it should be calm, and being very active when needed. What am I thinking now, I've thought about it so many years ago, yet it still need a very big bravery to do so.

All yo art worker! ganbatte!!! Your art work should be shine!
